Suzanne and Norman Goldberg have been dedicated Emmaus supporters for nearly two decades. The couple is a member of the Road Home Giving Society and Suzanne served on the Board of Directors for more than a decade. In April 2020, within a month of the declaration of a global pandemic, the Goldbergs donated a $30,000 gift to Emmaus through the Goldberg Multigenerational Fund.
Suzanne and Norman worked in the medical and mental health professions in the Merrimack Valley before retirement and care deeply about this community. The fund’s focus is to direct contributions, when possible, to smaller charities that provide essential functions to those in need in their local communities.

“The Goldberg Multigenerational Fund is intended to continue the priority of charitable giving initiated by prior family generations. It is our intention that this tradition in turn will continue with our own children and grandchildren. We selected Emmaus because the organization supports priorities of ours, among them being, men and women’s health, alternative housing, homelessness and food availability,” said Suzanne. “We also trust Emmaus’ capable and experienced leadership to direct funds where they are most needed.”
